Terms of Use

By using Color Scope you agree to these terms. We've tried to keep them short.

Your license

Color Scope is licensed to you for personal or professional use on devices associated with your Apple ID, subject to Apple's standard App Store and TestFlight terms.

You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, or resell the app.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use the app to build a directly competing product.

Your content

You own the palettes, projects, and swatches you create. We claim no rights to them. We do not see them.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store.

Billing, refunds, and subscription management follow Apple's terms. To request a refund, contact Apple. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew until canceled, and you can manage them from your Apple ID settings.

TestFlight and early access

During early access, Color Scope may include features that are incomplete, subject to change, or removed. Early-access builds expire per Apple's TestFlight rules.

Disclaimer

Color Scope is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. You use the app at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
